Honey sweet – goes well with tonic water or ginger ale.

    William Omelasz 3rd Sept 2018,

I first drank Dom Benedictine in 1968 and have been drinking it ever since. I'm now 68 and I don't drink it every day, but I have it at least 6 times a year. It's wonderful. I seem to remember it was much paler when I first tasted it, but I'm still very fond of it.

    Fawles Rowke,

Excellent after opening the bottle, but the taste becomes abysmal a week later. Try a wine stopper and/or refrigerate it after opening the bottle.
