An unboxed magnum of Louis Roederer's 2009 Brut Rosé Champagne, with a cépage of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay. Made using the saignée method in which the Pinot Noir grapes are macerated for a few hours to extract more fruit and colour. This will match perfectly with langoustines, or indeed Fish & Chips.
