This Truffle Gin from the Cambridge distillery is made in very small batches of just a litre at a time. The key botanical is white truffle from Piedmont, which is worth more than gold per gram and which is vacuum-distilled to preserve its full flavour. This is surprisingly complex and well balanced between the truffle and juniper flavours.
