Nose: Nutty coffee cake, Dry Beef, some tropical fruits, dry Pineapple slices and pears drops Palate: Sweet citrus smoke, dried grapefruit, gets buttery and oily in the mouth, slight burnt cereal grain Finish: Charred Oak, lingering sweetness of grapefruit zest. Slow drying effect

Smoky - which I like, slightly salty - which is ok, but a little harsh - needs more time to smooth over the edges.
