Glenfarclas 50 Year Old is the third release in the distillery's Family series. It honours George Grant (1874-1949). One of a few distilleries that have stocks from the 1960s, this was bottled in 2015 from ex-oloroso-sherry casks. Limited to 937 bottles, this has notes of crème caramel, butterscotch, treacle toffee, chocolate ice-cream and sherry soaked raisins.
