Tasting Notes by Stuart P (The Whisky Exchange)
Nose
Big, expressive nose of clean juniper, freshly cut grass and cherry blossom, along with orange peel, floral notes and a touch of herbs. Very enticing.
Palate
Mouthfilling and fruity, with zingy orange lifting the base notes of juniper and clove. Complex; layers of flavour reveal themselves over time.
Finish
Clean, fruity, and long lasting.
Comment
The higher ABV adds weight and punch – this would work wonderfully well in a Martini.

This is a great gin, but compared to Cotswolds dry gin, doesn't compare and twice the price.
My very favourite gin, I've tried lots. I know that's tough, but it has to be done! Always come back to this one. Beautifully aromatic, prettily cloudy when you add the tonic. All round refreshing flavours.
Aromatic with real depth of flavour that makes it truly distinct
Tried it as unknown at the Salamander, Bath. Good gin in a good pub.
Very smooth gin with a lovely citrus kick, will be buying more
