Open this last night on my 68th birthday and shared with son and son in law. The sherry base provides a balance of sweet over smoke that defies description. A dram that evokes memories of days gone by when these epic whiskies were shared with lifelong friends. I was truly blessed to have several of these one of which was shared with my family. It was truly a magical moment not soon to be forgotten
