Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is an innovative gin made by steeping whole Shiraz grapes from the Yarra Valley in the distillery's high-strength Rare Dry Gin for eight weeks. The result is a gin with notes of juniper, spice and raspberries that goes well with tonic or soda.

This was recommended to me by an Australian friend and boy was I glad they did! I love the fruity, wine notes. The only down side is it doesn’t come in a bigger bottle.
