    Absolutely fantastic rum. I bought this bottle as I was looking for a 151 for cocktails and this one fit the bill, with it also being one from Puerto Rico; a country I have never tried a rum from. Not only did this rum work beautifully in cocktails but as a gentle sipping drink neat it is just fantastic. It is very sweet, which is expected from a spiced rum usually, but it is not done to a point where it is unpleasant. Normally when drinking such high strength drinks there is a lack of flavour as it is drowned out by a burning sensation then a few hours of heartburn but this is not the case with Don Q. Overall a truly remarkable drink (which since I have purchased more than 1 bottle of) that has got my intrigued for future rums from Puerto Rico.

    This rum is such a delight. Personally never had a Puerto Rican run before but now I am intrigued to try some more. Sweet but not sickly like many rums and incredibly smooth. Recommend to rum drinkers as well as people who just love their spirits.
