If you're a Sherry fan - and an Oloroso rather than/as well as an Amontillado fan, you might already know about family owned Emilio Hidalgo, you probably already know about the company's wine. But just in case this might be your first purchase, Emilio Hidalgo's wines are, perhaps, a little lighter, you might say more elegant, than a few of the other bigger companies'. They still have depth and complexity. This is a first rate Oloroso, and worth every penny.
