Ever tried a whisky aged in chestnut wood before? We thought not! This also spends time in bourbon and sherry casks, adding layers of Christmas spices and tropical fruit. Absolutely delicious.

My personal favourite of the Method and Madness range. Rich, fruity and spicy – everything I look for in a single pot still whiskey.

A thoughtful friend bought me a bottle for my 70th birthday - I have been drinking Irish whiskey for more than 50 years and currently have a bottle of 18-year-old Jameson’s in stock for Christmas Day. What a lovely surprise. Never heard of it (I can’t believe I didn’t know about this) and it is absolutely delicious. Nice to nose as well by the way. About to order a bottle from TWE. A delightful addition to the Irish whiskey oeuvre.

Quite possibly the most unique whiskey I've had in the range. It's all good, something to be cherished.

Buttery, fruity, savory, a bit nutty, with a hint of coriander. The finish is pleasantly tannic. Absolutely unique and delicious!

Fantastic tasting single pot still whiskey. I first tasted this in Dublin and fell in love this is now my 4th bottle of it.

Very enjoyable whiskey. Spice and citrus fruit nicely balanced. One of the oiliest whiskeys I have tasted, it coats the mouth beautifully. The nose is nice and the palate is better. Clean and well balanced. What's there not to like?
