An innovative Champagne from Veuve Clicquot that combines the house's extensive stock of reserve wines with an almost unique maturation process – wines from 1988, 1996, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010 are matured for three years on the lees in vats, followed by three years in the bottle before release. The resulting blend is rich and requires only 3g/l of dosage – the lowest in the history of Veuve Clicquot. The slow maturation gives the Champagne a mellow and refined character, with ripe fruitiness.
