Son of a Gun is a grain spirit from Copper Rivet Distillery in Kent. This is soft with floral notes and flavours of tropical fruit, vanilla and honey. Excellent in cocktails.

    Visited the distillery in Chatham Kent and felt obliged to but something after the tour. Thank goodness I felt the guilt because this clear spirit if a delightful surprise. I am quite partial to a single malt and although isn't quite that, it is similar with a very nice taste of it's own. I will definitely buy this again.

    Recently picked up a bottle of this at the London Whisky Weekender, having tried a couple of free tasters! Truly, one of the most unique spirits I've ever tried; banana and butterscotch on the nose, tropical fruits in the finish - it's superb with tonic but goes just as well with ginger ale. Seriously, it just tastes so interesting! Would recommend for anyone looking for a special tipple to crack out when guests are around.

    Yes - it’s amazing! An alternative to gin - try it - with tonic - anything else. If you’re a spirit drinker this is bliss!

    Very unique, first English Grain whisky new make I ever tried. Lots of vanilla, banana and fruits. Very drinkable even at 47%
