1800 Cristalino Anejo
Product Description

Strikingly-packaged Anejo Tequila which has been filtered to create a crystal-clear spirit. Designed to be sipped, 1800 Cristalino Anejo has aromas of vanilla, caramel and toasted wood, followed by flavours of honey, agave and oak. Filtration has given this Tequila an extra-smooth mouthfeel and created a greater balance between the flavours from the agave and those from its oak aging.

    Mike B.,

It is about as smooth a sipping tequila as I've ever had, as good as anejos or extra anejos. 1st bottle, there will be more.

    Minnesota Tequila Fan,

Sorry to be critical. First, let me say that it's not a bad tequila, but in my opinion clearly lacks the complexity of an anejo. Quite frankly, in a blind side-by-side comparison, I doubt many would be able to distinguish it from a mid-priced blanco. I don't find it as smooth as other reviews have claimed. Yes, it does have a bite. Similar to most silvers. For the money, I would prefer a bottle of a proper anejo, such as Centenario or Don Julio 1942.
