This truly is delicious. I am a huge fan of peated whisky. Smokehead high voltage being my favourite. I can't drink JD. It's just too sweet, but this as a bourbon isn't so sweet. It's a rich dark sweetness something similar to what you would find with Pussers gunpowder proof rum, only more refined. Very smooth.

This is in my sweet spot of proof (between 90-100) for a daily sipper. It has some lovely sweetness without being cloying. There's some oak, spice and vanilla all rolled into one. A good mid-range bourbon that has a lot of those traditional bourbon notes.

Sweet nuts and fruits with pleasant taste. Value for money. Its price in Thessaloniki is 37 euros.

I normally like my whiskey without an e. I got a bottle of this as mainly to make some cocktails. Obviously I have sampled neat it for QC purposes. It’s quite sweet, lots of caramel, rich and almost unctuous reminds me of an xo zacapa rum. The wood, nuts and leather comes out over ice or with water. Works well in a Dry Manhattan or old fashioned.

The tasting notes are spot on. This has become my go-to bourbon for day-to-day sipping. There are no better Bourbons for this price.
