Tasting notes from the producer
Nose: Crisp, clean and dulcet yet with a biscuit and sea spray style, plus late gentle peat.
Palate: Really sweet with crushed sugar and vanilla ahead of a tad more phenolic quality.
Finish: Detect the bourbon cask history with its sweet warming spices and smoke.
