All Didier Lemorton Calvados is made with a high percentage of pear juice (roughly 70:30 pear to apple), giving their spirits a soft, aromatic freshness. This 1980 bottling has plenty of elegant fruitiness, together with subtle toffee and honeyed pastry notes, along with toastiness from the oak it is aged in.
