Nose: Simple malt and honey at first, then begins to unravel, displaying cream soda, candied orange peel and banana bread.
Palate: Gentle fruit and floral notes, then refreshing notes of orange blossom, heather honey and black pepper arrive.
Finish: Dry spice and fruit in equal measure.

It’s a matter of personal taste of course but I think it’s a really decent whisky.
