    Somewhat disappointing....

    TW,

Tar and leather dominate the nose in my opinion, didn't get much citrus until the aftertaste. Nice dram overall, and if you like smoky but with minimal peat, go for it!

    Neal,

Impressed. My family is from Islay and I'm not a fan of the whisky made there. This was a present brought back of Scotland to the states. I think I'll buy my sefl a bottle.

    RBW,

I get the sweetness, saltiness, zestiness and i get the smoke on the finish with the addition of a little water but can I hell get banana! The 12 should be 46abv and the Huddart the entry level.3.25/5

    PJ,

Nice clean zesty whisky with a tad of salt & smoke on the finish not bad if your taste buds like it on the sharper side?
