Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
Tasting notes by Billy A
Nose
Sherbert, red berries, lemons and a little bit of rich fruit that’s almost on the turn.
Palate
Sugar sweetness quickly leading to dry wood, with some dried apricots and raisins. Water brings out more fresh sweet and sour fruit – plums and their stones.
Finish
Long with dry wood and apples.
Comment
Quite different to the 12, richer, more refined.

Yes I drink it regularly but it would be nice to receive it so I can give a review. I understand shipping may have affected my delivery so I’ll try to be patient. If this can help with a status I would greatly appreciate it .
An accomplished dram. Beautifully elegant Cinder toffee with a light sea breeze These bottles always go down too quickly
I just picked up the last two bottles in Nova Scotia. This is just a wonderful single malt. From nose to finish perfection. Well done boys. Too bad you didn't miss place a few barrels for the future. I will be retired at years end. My goal is to have 99 bottles of scotch on the wall (unopened). The count is at 96. Old Pulteney 17 makes up for 13 of the 96. I just didn't want to run out before "I" ran out of TIME.... Enjoy your malt daily.
Great whisky! What makes Scotch whisky one-of-a-kind. If I had one day to live, I'll be drinking this 'til the lights go out.
One of the best drams period. Too bad that it is discontinued
