Equipo Navazos was started by a group of friends who wanted to work with and source amazing wines from various soleras, and single casks from the best producers in the region. This is the seventh edition of a fino that has consistently wowed the critics and the customers. Unlike many finos this will actually stand up to a bit of aging, although is delicious now. It has an umami quality to it with its lovely roundness and savoury notes, fresh lemon and almonds: try this with an octopus stew – Dawn Davies MW
