Mella Mead is made in the traditional way dating back 8000 years. Made with Welsh wildflower honey from the Apis Melifera bee, this mead shows why it was the drink of the gods. This has a floral honey note on the nose and palate, and is best served over ice or simply chilled. Dawn Davies MW
