Not only does this have an excellent name, but it's also an excellent fruit cup. Hydropathic Pudding (we love saying that) is based on a dessert of the same name, a type of summer fruit pudding from the early 1900s that lends itself to be turned into a drink. It's got all the red fruits – redcurrants, strawberries and raspberries – along with some blackcurrants, all steeped in Tapper's gin to create an excellent cup. It's great served like other fruit cups (with lemonade and stacks of fruit) or simply with tonic – make sure you garnish with some berries for an extra burst of fruit.

Not overly sweet at all, you can tell it's natural fruit and not artificial flavouring. Really delicious with lemonade as a nice long drink with strawberries.

You can certainly tell this is made with fresh fruit. Its delicious. I like it as a long drink in the summer – a bit like a Pimms.
