Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present. Slightly brighter and a touch more rustic than the regular blanco, the accents of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal qualities in the flavour are enhanced because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling.

I was looking for a tequila blanco that would be a better alternative to the cheaper brands when making margaritas. Margaritas are one of my favourite cocktails, and I take great care over making them. I researched a great deal and came up with this, and I haven't been disappointed. Fortaleza Still Strength fitted the bill perfectly. It has made my margaritas smoother, more intensely agave flavoured, but without any harshness. Though I say it myself, using this product, they are now to die for!
