Top tonic from South Africa, focused around floral flavours. This isn't a delicately flowery drink, instead bringing out the pungent, musky and rosy notes of pelargonium, with backup from lavender and chamomile. It's a concentrated tonic syrup, so either use it sparingly in cocktails or mix it long by diluting 50ml of tonic with 150-200ml of sparkling water.
