Misty Isle Gin is distilled by the Wilson brothers at the first gin distillery on the Isle of Skye. The distillery is on the edge of Portree, capital of Skye, and the water flows down from the Storr Lochs to the north of town. The Wilson's use a classic gin recipe including hand-foraged juniper from Skye, and a secret ingredient that can only be found on the island...
