Very authentic, herbal, celery, juniper, peppery. Intense flavour so Must be enjoyed with tonic .

This is an extremely good gin and well suited to the summer for those that want to try something different. It is herby but not overpoweringly so and bit like fennel and celery but has a distinct and enjoyable (!)"note" of its own. Goes well with tonic and I suspect it will mix well with other ingredients. Not for those seeking a sweeter citrusy gin.
