This 8 hectares of land in the Montagne de Reims is worked by Raphael and Vincent Bêrêche using what they call 'carefully considered' viticulture – working in harmony with the land whenever possible. On the nose, almond and marzipan with a nod towards Vegemite, while the palate has thyme and rosemary with redcurrant and cranberry. Dawn Davies MW
