Product Description

This is a blend of the four Clairins from the four communes of Cavaillon, Barraderes, Pignon and St Michel de l’Attalaye. It is produced naturally with no herbicides or pesticides, and fermented using natural yeasts in small Alembic stills.

This is as pure a rum as you can get. It has an incredible perfume with notes of pear tree blossom, fresh sugar cane juice and almonds. The palate is seductive and vibrant with pear, nectarine and a hint of white pepper and green chillies. Dawn Davies MW

    If you are used to sweet, syrupy dark rums or Bacardi's basic white rum and want to discover how different a white rum can be at a cheap price, then this is a great way to start. Aroma and flavour will baffle you at first but this is an outstanding beverage. Funky, with grassy, fruity and vegetal notes. Like some Jamaican rums, this will dominate a cocktail in ways that some people might not want. But at a fairly low abv this works as a slow sipper straight up. I am a convert to Clairin for sure.

    Almost colourless. A really distinctive scent of ripe banana, pear-drops and hay. It tastes fresh and grassy, with a long, creamy, lemon finish. Stunning.
