Exceptional, limited-edition Mount Gay XO rum finished in casks which previously held peated Islay whisky, layering notes of hickory smoke, barbecue and a gentle touch of brine over Mount Gay's buttery, rich-caramel profile. Time in the glass brings a little more peat to the fore, along with salted caramel, popcorn, thick fruit esters and spice. A superb sipping spirit to rival the best rum and single malt alike.
