While Canadian whisky is often a showcase of different grains, Signal Hill focuses instead on casks. The distillery takes corn and malt spirit and ages them in three types of cask – ex-bourbon, ex-Canadian whisky and new oak. The three casks bring out different aspects of the whisky's character – vanilla and toffee notes, sweet grain and oaky spice respectively – creating a flavoursome and well-balanced whisky.

Since trying Signal Hill, it's been the only whisky I've purchased. It's easy drinking and makes the perfect addition for any cocktail. Great for hot toddies in the winter months.

I've drank many Canadian Whiskies in my years but I've never come across one that's as smooth and enjoyable as Signal Hill. Love the aging process in the new white american oak, ex bourbon and canadian whisky casks, they all bring such a different element to the taste profile. I've been loving this in a Boulevardier and Paper Planes in particular ! Keep up the great work

This is a great Canadian whisky find! A lot of flavor going on and very smooth. We enjoy it straight or on the rocks. Love the bottle and logo!
