A richly flavoured 1991-vintage whisky from Glentauchers, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for the Connoisseurs choice series. Bottled on 6 September 2018 after 27 years in a first-fill sherry butt, it's packed with sherry cask flavour – rich marmalade and chocolate balanced against spice and dried fruit. A great, warming, winter dram.
