Try this spectacular blended malt scotch, Cladach, with our Perfect Measure sample. Part of the 2018 Special Releases, Cladach – meaning ‘coastline’ – is made using only single malts made at coastal distilleries. It’s a dram that shouts about the seaside, elegantly marrying a maritime characted with soft smoke and sweet fruit. Peat leads the palate, but a sweet centre quickly builds with flavours of boiled sweets and apple sauce, surrounded by salt and spicy black pepper. A hint of zesty citrus notes enters towards the end.

    It’s hard to argue with the tasting notes above. And do not worry about this being a blend - it is a superb dram. The thing that really got me, was the smoothness. At 57% my throat should have been tingling... but no. No water required for this beauty. A rare sight in any bar so had to try it.... and was not disappointed. Absolutely stunning.
