A triple-distilled Irish whiskey made with water from a well on Lambay Island - a privately owned isle off the coast near Dublin. Lambay whiskey is a joint venture between the Baring family, which owns the island, and the Camus family, which supplies the Cognac casks in which the whisky is finished after four years in ex-bourbon barrels. This is rich and fruity with notes of ripe bananas, ripe berries, coconut and malt.Tasting Notes (1)
Tasted it at Whisky Show 2019. Loved the smoothness and the distinct sweetness.
