Made at higher altitudes on the Central Mexican Plateau and distilled from the areas wild variety of agave Salmiana, this mescal has a fresh and vibrant flavour profile. Unlike most mezcal, it is cooked in above-ground ovens, which leaves it without the smoky flavour found in many others. The result is a clear, fresh flavour that really showcases the vibrant flavour of the Salmiana agave.
