A truly stunning wine from the Ribera del Duero, grown on vines that are up to 120-years-old. The wine is aged in old oak and is bottled without any sulphur. The old vines give the wine an incredibly intense character, leaving it packed full of flavour. The palate is all about dark figgy fruits, with notes of sour plums, umami, roasted coffee beans and black tea.
This is a beautifully crafted wine that will surprise and delight. Dawn Davies MW
