Bottled for the Through the Grapevine series from La Maison Du Whisky, this 1987-vintage Cognac was distilled at Vallein Tercinier and matured in a single cask. It offers notes of mandarin, peony, nutmeg, ginger and salted caramel throughout the palate, before a gentle, lingering finish of walnuts, dates and apricot.
