A non-alcoholic aperitif from Everleaf, flavoured with botanicals including vanilla, gentian and iris. It has a bittersweet character; the palate is led by bitter gentian with a sweeter, fruitier undertone. Everleaf recommend mixing this non-alcoholic aperitif with soda water or tonic.
