Product Description
Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, Tobermory 12 Year Old has a vibrant, fruity and spicy character with a subtle, salty edge. This Hebridean single malt has sweet, honeyed aromas of vanilla, ripe oranges and delicate flowers. The palate offers notes of fresh citrus, apples and tropical fruits, followed by creamy toffee, floral honey and a subtly, salty undercurrent.
Launched in 2019, Tobermory 12 Year Old takes centre-stage in the new core range from the distillery. After a two year hiatus as the distillery underwent extensive refurbishments, Tobermory has introduced new bottlings, inspired by the colours of the Isle of Mull.

Yes, I tried this scotch and it become my favorite. No smoke and tons of flavor.

I have several bottles of whisky in my cabinet, of which a 12 year old Tobermory is one. This was purchased by my wife when we were in Tobermory and she sampled two of their best sellers. This one stood out for her (she is not normally a whisky fan) as it had a sweet, flowery taste. As I was driving and since Scotland has a zero percent rule I had to wait until later in the day to have my first taste. It was worth waiting for. The description by the distillery is spit on and having had Tamavulin, Dalwhinnie Winters Gold, Glenfiddich - the Tobermory stands out as the most flavourful of them all. We will buy again.

This is a lovely dram. Surprisingly sweet given no PX cask maturation. Definitely some honey or caramel notes with a briney finish. A relatively light whisky with no burn whatsoever. Prefer the Ledaig range from this distillery but can't fault this expression.

I liked the old 10 yr but it could be hit and miss. The 12yr is a more consistent product and I love it. I'm a big fan of bourbon casks and that salty toffee finish works for me, a great dram especially in summer. Give it a try its value for money at 46.3%, n/c and ucf whats not to like :-)

Humble pie time.Nearly poured this away but poured into a smaller bottle instead and pushed to back of cupboard.Four months later what a transformation. The juicy oranges are unbelievable.Have now purchased another.Ace!
