This floral, dry non-alcoholic aperitif from Aecorn was inspired the recipes for 17th century herbal remedies. Made using grapes grown in England and a blend of botanicals including oak, sage, chamomile and black tea, it has a floral, aromatic character with a crisp, bitter edge. Try serving with tonic water and a slice of lemon.

Tasty, nice with lemonade, but couldn't be mistaken for an alcoholic aperitif. Rather pricey for a non-alcoholic drink.
