Distilled in 2010 at Clynelish distillery, this Highland single malt was matured in a single barrel for nine years, before being bottled in January 2019 for Elixir Distillers' Single Malts of Scotland range. A light and youthful whisky, it has aromas of liquorice allsorts, banana milkshake, Turkish delight and honeysuckle. The palate offers notes of lemon curd, apricot and rhubarb and ginger crumble.

    • Nose

      Banana and vanilla milkshake, honeysuckle blossom, frosted breakfast cereal, candle wax, liquorice allsorts, Turkish rosewater and furniture polish.

    • Palate

      Young and refreshing, with intense flavours of watermelon and lemon curd. With water, it mellows out into amaretto, rhubarb crumble and pink custard. There's minerality and white pepper as well, to lend a little edge to it all.

    • Finish

      Vanilla wafers, Pina Colada, lychee, cake batter and cold rice pudding.
