Patron silver is odd because it simultaneously gets too much praise and not enough recognition. People seem to either tout it as the best tequila on the planet, or overpriced junk. Patron is what is: a very crisp/clean/pure/simple tequila...I liken it to being the Heineken of tequilas. Patron is flavorful enough to sip, smooth enough to shoot, and neutral enough to mix into many cocktails. My personal favorite tequila is Fortaleza blanco, but Patron silver is one that I very much enjoy and consistently have on-hand.
