    I’ve recently bought two bottles of this & they’re both very different whiskeys the first bottle was very balanced quite dry & full of oak, & brown sugar on the nose, all the typical bourbon notes & quite smooth on the finish typically Jim Beam . The other bottle wow boom !!! On the nose sweet maple pancakes, then on the palate vanilla lots of it, maybe some apple strudel in there, yes apple strudel , it’s rougher on the finish , still very dry if not dryer than the first.. lots of rye some artificial sweetness in there but in quite a good way. I’m really enjoying this bottle as it’s nothing like a shelf bought bourbon. It’s very unique, it’s like a flavour bouncing ball around my palate maybe a little too much for some folks. I’m very reluctant to finish this bottle in case I can’t get another. The bottle label noted are below. First Bottle label JB1003 Second Bottle label JB002
