Inspired by the rolling hills of Hampshire, this limited-edition English Estate gin from Bombay Sapphire is infused with botanicals such as rosehip, mint and toasted hazelnut. A delicate, bright London dry gin, garnish with mint and lemon in a G&T or try it with ginger ale and apple juice, garnished with lemon and thyme.

I love this gin! My only disappointment is that it's a limited edition and not a permanent addition to the Bombay family. The word that best describes the taste is "fresh", thanks largely to the mint added to the infusion. The Bombay website suggests mixing it with tonic water, but it's so good that I enjoy it most with just a couple of ice cubes. I'm going to be buying more of this while it's still available! I had it shipped to the U.S. and it was worth it.
