Product Description

Made in 1981 and matured in a single sherry hogshead, this single malt Coleburn was bottled in March 2019 by Gordon & MacPhail for its Private Collection. Soft, fruity aromas of black cherries mingle with fresh coffee and subtle smoke, while the palate initially offers notes of dark chocolate, ripe plums and roasted coffee beans, slowly developing flavours of sherry-soaked fruit cake, liquorice and nuts. The finish is long and warm, with lingering notes of toffee and caramel.
