My son mentioned that anejo tequila would be worth a try. Wowza. I’m quite stunned by the sheer deliciousness of this tequila. Citrusy vanilla may seem paradoxical (& may well be!) so I took a little look at the 2 other reviews and their descriptions of the flavours..... Yep. Yep. Yep. And yep. The depth of flavour is really quite astounding. A pinnacle of tequila for us here. Tremendous. Future purchases guaranteed.

I was extremely surprised with the complex caramel and sweet undertones. This tequila was so smooth and as a whiskey drinker I found this to be one of my new favourite tipples.

One of the best Anejo Tequilas I've ever tried. Extremely smooth, yet complex and rich. Notes of fresh agave with hints of smoke, burnt chocolate and butter. Lovely on the rocks.
