    • Nose

      This rum jumps out of the glass with bright and fresh lime-zest and thyme notes. Behind that lies plenty of ripe-fruit, nut and savoury flavours: dried banana, rum-and-raisin ice cream, walnuts, cedar and green olive.

    • Palate

      A lovely, spicy rum with notes of vanilla, green banana, cardamom, green chilli, dried thyme, leather and crème caramel.

    • Finish

      A warming lift with a hint of eucalyptus.

    Big eein,

    It was nice. However I much prefer the forgotten cask. I feel the forgotten cask has a smoother finish. If this was priced the same as the forgotten cask, I’d still buy the forgotten cask.
