This small grower in Champagne has vineyards spread over seven hectares in 10 villages in the Marne which they work sustainably. The vineyards and cellars were passed from father to son and they have been producing Champagne since 1933. On the nose lemon and lime with a delicate scent of apple blossom. The palate has a lovely concentration of fruit with a freshness that lifts the fruit flavours. Try this with fish in a white sauce.
