This small grower in Champagne has vineyards spread over seven hectares in 10 villages in the Marne which they work sustainably. The vineyards and cellars was passed from father to son and they have been producing Champagne since 1933. This blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier has a chalky almost Chablis-like minerality to it with lots of citrus and freshness. Perfect to pair with fresh oysters.
