Product Description

An Irish spirit with a far-eastern character from The Shed distillery in Ireland, made with a signature botanical of Gunpowder green tea. From the Chinese province of Zejiang, Gunpowder tea is made by slowly drying green tea leaves before tightly rolling them into small, round pellets. Its use in this gin results in a zesty, bold spirit full of oriental spices that are complimented by other botanicals such as Kaffir limes, meadowsweet and star anise.

    Yes My neighbor bought this back from Ireland Being Irish (ha) I'm a Hendricks girl but I must say this gin is fabulous I made a martini with it and honestly in my opinion tonic would spoil the flavours.

    Yet to find a gin this level of perfection. Use with Schweppes slim line . Fevertree tonic ruines the taste .

    This is in my opinion an exceptional tasting gin, particularly good with a light tonic and slice of pink grapefruit. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
